1. Communications and Customer Support

• Official Contact: Please direct all official inquiries and customer support requests to studiovaleriana(at)gmail(dot)com. As an individual artist running this platform independently, replies may occasionally be delayed, but no more than 7 days.
• Unrelated Messages: While I appreciate all interest, please note that I am unable to review or respond to unsolicited messages outside the scope of my current art and design projects.
• Social Media Channels: My social media accounts are dedicated to sharing visual art and design portfolios. They are casual. Because these channels are not constantly monitored for customer support, please use my official email address above for any formal order or business inquiries.
• Newsletters: You are welcome to join my email newsletter to receive updates on new collections and releases. You may easily opt out at any time using the "unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every email.

2. Terms of Sale, Digital Downloads, Cancellations, and Shipping

• Pricing and Availability: All products—including physical merchandise, art prints, original artwork, and other assets—are subject to availability. While I make every effort to display correct prices and shipping fees, I reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund provided to you. Some specific print runs are strictly limited to 1,000 copies. Please refer to the individual listings.
• Pop-Up Shop & Third-Party Sales: I run my direct store as a temporary pop-up venture. This means that I reserve the right to ‘close the store’ at any given time. This is typically when my focus is on music and literature at laviniavaleriana.com.
• Digital Downloads: If you purchase digital downloads (such as digital art files or PDFs), you agree that delivery begins immediately when your download link is generated. By downloading the file, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, provided the digital file functions correctly. If there is a technical fault, you are entitled to a replacement digital file subject to proof of purchase.
• Physical Goods & The Right to Cancel: For physical items, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• Physical Returns and Refunds: To exercise your right to cancel a physical order, please notify me in writing via email. Items must be returned at your own expense within 14 days of your cancellation notice. To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, pristine, and undamaged condition. I will process your refund within 14 days of safely receiving the returned goods.
• Damages: Any damage caused by the buyer to my original artworks may be subject to a civil claim for damages.
• Faulty Items: If any product arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement (for digital items) or a full refund (for physical items) in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Limited Content: Limited editions are subject to strict availability limits and are offered only while stocks last.
• Product Availability: I reserve the right to respectfully modify, update, or discontinue artwork collections or access to certain site features at my discretion.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. I accept all major credit cards.
• Postage and Packaging: Costs are calculated at current courier rates. I use Evri (UK), DPD (UK), and Royal Mail (UK and Worldwide). Tracking is provided with every purchase. Items are shipped within 10 days. You will receive a dispatch email with all necessary information.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• Ownership of Content: All content published on this website—including text, graphics, logos, original artwork, illustrations, design layouts, and video clips—is the sole property of Lavinia Valeriana and is fully protected by UK and international copyright laws.
• Personal Licence: I gladly grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the visual content on this website for your own personal, non-commercial inspiration and enjoyment.
• Prohibited Uses: To support my livelihood as an artist, please do not copy, reproduce, download, redistribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit any artwork, text, designs, or media files from this website without my express, prior written permission.
• Data Mining and AI Training: Protecting creative and artistic integrity is incredibly important to me. The use of any automated systems, software, "bots," or spiders to crawl, scrape, or extract data, text, visual artwork, images, or assets from this website for any purpose—including the training of machine learning or artificial intelligence systems—is strictly prohibited without a specific, separate written commercial licence from the site owner.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: I strive to provide an excellent digital gallery and shopping experience, but this website and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Legal Safeguards: Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
