That is pronounced ee-LAR-gee with a soft 'G'. If you did not know, you just learnt the Basque word for Moon.
She is a purposefully distressed, mounted miniature sculpture. Hand-carved (Moon and frame) and attentively finished. Made from (Spain-sourced) terracotta, wood (backing), acrylic paint, glitter sealant, and a light gloss resin-based glaze.
